Less than 100 plants of the almost extinct variety Terrantez do Pico were known to exist outside the collection of the agrarian services. This variety, unique to the Açores Islands, was in grave danger of disappearing altogether from our wine glasses. This edition of 1667 bottles of wine, is one of the few of this varietal that exists in the world today. This edition demonstrates the potential of this unique variety, in the hope that others will take up the challenge to help save it from extinction

Tasting Notes:
Clean citrus color, fresher than the previous edition, notes of pineapple and grapefruit with a touch of iodine. The attack is full with texture and acidity, finishing fresh and with salt notes.
