Hand-picked grapes, destemming, crushing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and temperature control (25°C-28°C) in granite “lagares”, foot-treading and pressing in old-style vertical press. Aged in used French oak casks for 12 months.

Very wet winter and spring, with low temperatures, followed by a dry and hot summer until the middle of September, when intense rainfall started. By this time the harvest had ended, and the grapes had been harvested I a perfect state of ripeness.
